SAILING AROUND CROATIA
This week's favourite find features Zoe who explains why sailing around Croatia was an incredible and glamorous adventure.
What is your favourite country and why?
Croatia because the country and all of the islands are insanely beautiful. We sailed around and island hopped the whole time. It was an incredible holiday that allowed us to see so much of Croatia and we were able to do it all from the sea!
What was the main highlight of the trip?
I think the main highlight was actually sailing around the islands, we didn’t stop in one place for too long and it allowed us to see so much more of Croatia than we would have on a ‘land’ holiday!
Where did you stay and would you recommend it?
We stayed on a chartered sailing boat and yes 100%.
What was your favourite restaurant?
We ate fresh seafood in many local restaurants. We also visited an organic farm and winery, Hora Farm where we sampled some of the best Croatia local wine in an idyllic setting.

Intrigued, Excited and Important
What excites you about travelling and where do you want to travel to next?
Exploring and seeing so many different cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. South America is on my list.
SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL
Would you consider yourself a responsible traveller?
Probably not but I’d like to be! I’ll check out Travelling Whale’s sustainable travelling tips.
Do you think people are actively trying to be more responsible?
Yes, I think it has become prominent that people need to become more responsible, especially off the back of Covid and the changes that have happened worldwide. I think it will become an increasingly more important factor to peoples travelling plans.
