OUR 5 TOP
UK BEACHES

Our top UK beaches will show you where you sip on a nice refreshing Pimms with the sun shining and the sand between your toes.

Holkham Beach, Norfolk

Unspoilt Holkham is a vast expanse of golden sands, backed by towering pine forests and colossal sand dunes. This beach is the perfect spot for families and our doggy friends too. We recommend walking along the sand dunes towards the bright beach huts on Wells Beach where you’ll find that perfect Instagram worthy shot (Tiggy – Hattie’s family dog features in ours).

Beaches - Camber Sands

Camber Sands Beach, East Sussex

Is a perfect day trip for Londoners looking to get away for some R’n’R away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.  Camber Sands is a well-loved spot with its mountainous dunes and soft sand. We recommend heading west on the beach to avoid the crowds.

Sandbanks Beach, Dorset

Winner of the European Blue flag award for more than 30 years because of its sparkling clean water and golden sand. It’s no wonder that it’s considered one of the safest and scenic beaches in Britain. If you are feeling sporty, you can hire equipment and watersports throughout the day. If you just want to kick back and relax? Deckchairs and parasols are also available  so you can sit back and really enjoy a full day of sun. We recommend making a weekend of it and staying at The Green Hotel in Bournemouth.

Beaches - Luskentyre

Luskentyre Beach, Isle of Harris, Scotland

One of the most spectacular and largest beaches on the Isle of Harris.
On sunny days you could easily mistake the coastline for the Bahamas with its crystal clear water and fine white sand. One of the best ways to appreciate the turquoise waters is to cycle the 3-mile single track road where you can look out across the sand bar.

Tenby Beach, Wales

This superb, sandy, cliff-backed beach can disappear altogether at high tide, but catch it at the right time of day, and you’ll find a beautiful sandy stretch. Situated between Castle and East Cliff it is a perfect beach for families and keen swimmers. At low tide, you can catch a boat to explore Caldey Island that lies just off Tenby.
